OK so this may not be a real glitch but i found i can only jump on these things when doing this if you try to jump on a barrel you cant unless you jump from a hill, but if there is one of those wooden pallets or wooden boards, metal roofing sheets, or even a ladder at some sort of an incline on a wall you can run at it at an angle and jump when you hit it and you will jump just a little bit higher and you will be on that barrel now if there's an inclined object and you cant jump on it try going at an angle and jumping and you might just be able to get on it. i don't have pictures or videos so if someone would like to upload one for me that would be great i call it ""{Slide Jumping}"" when you do it you will see why cause your guy in a way kind of slides against the object. FYI this doesn't work in all places cause they will sometimes have an invisible barrier this is when you do the teleport glitch thing (((((the thing when you use a sniper zoom in knife then click your throwing knife...ya that thing)))))if its in a spot where you can get red cross hairs on the guy from a distance and your on an inclined object. then you might be able to lunge on top of it if you get high enough.
