After the match, scroll over to the right (that thing that pops up on your screen). You will see the gun xp you've earned.

yea like they said above, use the gun during the game and you'll see the XP for it after the match. When I hit level 30 and the points jumped from like 10k or so to 80k, I was like :wtf:
