Clans are accesable through the Connect section of Elite. That section is currently not working. I HEARD, itll maybe be up on the 13th, sunday. Once in the Connect section, you can create a clan and rank it up. I heard also that it takes all the members to rank up the clan. Also, once obtained enought xp for the clan, you are able to unlock Double XP Weekends! for your whole clan.

You need to be a founder for that, you will just have to wait until it is sorted.
