Infinity Ward has a tendency to recycle stuff. I like it.

I noticed that there are MANY sounds, buildings, and objects ported straight into MW3 from MW and MW2. I find it a bit tacky and it takes away from the game in my opinion.

I'm the complete opposite. To me it brings back memories. Some buildings that were blown up and shit appear in this game restored. It would have been great if we had a map like crash that was exactly the same but restored.

I agree that to a certain point they need to bring back aspects of the old games for the sake of tying them all together. But everywhere you look you see something pulled straight out of the other games. I like to see recycled models, but I would have also liked to see a larger amount of new ones.

If you examine alot of the maps you can see similarities from older maps from mw2 and cod4. I actually like the CoD4 feel because it was the best Moderwar fare IMO.
