They cant patch it, its just a knife lunge. wich they cant patch if they patch it we wont be able to lunge with our knife wich will be pretty weird.

We said they couldn't patch elevator glitches, but there gone.

No, actually they cant patch the teleport knife, as BakeAnCake said. its a kind of a knife lunge. so they wont be able to patch it.

i doubt that they'll patch it, but who knows. if it starts ruining games, then yes they'll patch it
