You must of turned off your PS3/Xbox360 whilst in a game/campaign/spec ops, it deranked me once to doing that. You have to quit the game manually every time, then turn off your console. (Just to be safe)

MY friend was deranked 3 or 4 times too until now !!!!! And it's really annoying especially when you are rank 78 and you go down to 74 !!! He's not even going out of the game or whatever !! He just finishes a game then boom deranked 4 levels ! WTF IW what is happening I hope he is getting his at least 15 lvls back dammit
