After a Game my Gamepad freeze D=

It only does nothing when i click on Home it shows me up the forrbiden symbole °_°
Or when i am Texting it kicks me out of the Home menu

But this happens only in MW3 no other Game

Anyone know a solution or is it just a lag what you think guys?
