They tried to put me through to an 0845 number for customer service but I said have you got a press department as i am going to organize a protest and I am representing the views of many.
I got through to a very helpful woman who was the UK PR Manager and explained what was happening in the game and the fact youtube, and multiple forums INCULDING the official COD MW3 forums are literally buzzing with unhappy ps3 gamers experiencing difficulty with lets face it a premium priced game!
She said she is actually going to do something and said that if there really is a community of people that need information about what they are doing to fix it she will help. She is going to go to Activision USA and go to SONY and find out what is being done. She is calling me back with the information. She sounded genuinely concerned and like she was going to do something.
SO bookmark this thread and I will post what happens...
I am taking a stand if nothing happens and will organize a facebook petition and gather 100 gamers together and have a fun day marching on and presenting it to Activision in the UK whilst calling local press =]

These are the issues we face every year from every new COD, but no seems to learn that its never going to get fixed. They earn their 775 Million a year and only support things that are paid for like DLC. They wont fix these issues, they'll release a patch which does nothing but they claim its the fix and if not its a problem on your end. IW and Activision will never change.

Ok well 1.04 didnt fix host lag.
All the haters please tell me if you would be angry with this. I was just in game on demolition where my score was 40-1 then host migration happened and gave ME host my score went from 40-1 to 42-27. So of the 29 gun battles I had I lost 27!! was that me being bad at the game considering I was owning before? People suddenly started appearing to run on the spot then jump 20 feet forwards. Kill cams were showing without me even being on the screen. That is why i am making so much noise!!
So next time you think oh I owned him he didnt even see me hahaha!! - Consider this you just might of killed me, or someone like me and on my screen you were still around that corner
Also I am clearly on the side of the majority as more people thank me for bringing this issue out into discussion than groan at me... in fact those same people go on to groan at people that tell me im wrong. It isnt fair that a good player with good internet cant play whilst others leach his connection and run around thinking he must be bad at the game.
And thats how sue c's it

Your just bad, I play everyday I have no extreme issues.
