How we will do this:-
Every round you will sprint to the enemy spawn, wait for all of your team mates to arrive
Throw stun grenades and kill one of the second controllers, if a main player is idle leave him alone
Then the person that round which has the bomb/is supposed to defuse will run to the bomb and defuse (swap that player every round)

If done correctly we should be getting a decent amount of XP.
