those are clan titles. you need to be clan level 8(i think) in order to unlock these
once unlocked you can write whatever you want on it

that is one of the clan titles. If you are in a leveled up ELITE clan, you may use that title with the clan's choice of wording across it.
Mine says SoNz of GuNz, as I am in that clan. Along with the Golden [SoGz] clan tag.

This makes me wanna buy elite.

just make sure that you do it before the end of the month and become founder! Otherwise, not worth it unless you're some pro high tiered MLG nerd.

Yeah the golden striped one to the green skull elite are all the clan titles. I think it's really cool how they let you have your clan name on a background of your choice.
