It's a 25 killstreak and it produces a major explosion that will kill the enemy team. What is different from the Nuke is that it does not end the game and also you have to get all those 25 kills with your gun, kills from killstreak rewards DOES NOT count towards getting the MOAB. Therefore its a lot harder than the MW2 Nuke. But fear no more, I have a solution :bro:

From all the videos I've seen the recommendation is to use The Specialist strike package which unlocks perks every second kill and after 8 points unlocks every single perk in the game. This is a fairly good technique but the problem that at least I have with it is that I do not need all those perks to get kills. Sure it helps a little but in my opinion 3 is enough and those are the one that I rely on otherwise. So I found out this new (at least from what I've seen) technique today which really helped me getting MOABs.

What you basically do is set your strike package to Assault and ONLY activate UAV. Since your point streak resets when reaching your highest point streak this setup means that you will be getting a UAV every third kill. You will be able to get a total of 8 UAVs before getting your MOAB which practically means a constant UAV unless the enemy team shoots it down. It helps a lot if your playing with a team that'susing the Support package with SAM-turrets, advanced UAVs and so on. You could also activate Counter UAV but then you will only be able to obtain 6 UAVs and 6 Counter UAvs before reeching the MOAB, and I found that the enemy team is more likely to shoot down the UAVs when their radar is being blocked. I also recommend playing Domination since players in Kill confirmed and TDM seems to care more about UAVs and sometimes they get shot down immediately. If the enemy team shoots down the UAVs as soon as they're up just change to your regular Specialist package and keep mashin'. :dance:

This is technique works for me and I'm sure it's gonna work for a lot of you guys as well but just like anything else it's not bulletproof and I know that :rolleyes:

I'd use counter UAV as well, would help so much more than just UAV

or you could be a boss like me who has 30+ MOABs so far 17 just this prestigue, and use specialist, and use THE PORTABLE RADAR and Claymoors who need UAV's when you have a portable radar you also then get all the perks and this means that you can get contstant ammo (scavenger) hidden from UAV's your self assasin and survive grenades and stuns / flashs (blast shield).

ps you will get screwed by guys using assasin as they do NOT show on the portable radar

pps. this stratergy requires you camp like thers no tommorow and hold down a semi traffic area.

Just like I said, there is no bulletproof way to get the MOAB, I'm just telling what works for me. I've tried the Specialist setup and yes I have about 5 MOABs with that technique but I feel like it takes a lot more effort to get those kills without those UAVs. For me those extra perks just doesn't make that much of a different.

Yeah, Counter UAV is highly underestimated but people will shot em down like crazy and chances are big that they will mow down your UAV as well when they're up with their Stingers.

wouldn't it be better using the assault uav because it's one less kill?

Oh, forgot about that, thanks for point that out! If you wanna roll with the Counter UAV your gonna have to run the Support package since there is no Counter UAV in the Assualt.

Go ahead, you'll be surprised about how effective it is! I don't think that you should use any other point streak rewards except for UAV and maybe Counter UAV cause that kind of takes away the whole point of this. What you want is a lot of UAVs with minimal effort between them, and for every reward you add the space between the UAVs get bigger. Despite that there is not any other Reward in the assault that will help you get kills with your gun despite maybe the AH-6 which will protect you but may also frag steal lol. In the support you have the ballistic vests and the trapped care-package at 5 point streak which both IMO is not that great.
