Only kill (1) controllers

What to do?
I go into a team tac snd then the other 2 guys joining my session. In game one guy kills the (1) controllers and one guy is trowing a flash or stun to the guys for the assist and the guy with assist planting or defuse the bomb and after the round you switch it.
