Well to do it you need to have first got into a slow-lobby yourself, then after getting into one, play the full match so you can put that game into your vault. So if you realize when you play the game in theater you will see that the game is slow mode also. After that you can leave the playback after playing it for a couple of seconds. You will then realize that the music in the background of the mw3 lobby will also be slowed down. Now all you have to do is select a game mode and if you end up being host the game will be in slow mode. NOTE*** If you end up joining a regular game you will have to do the process of playing back the slowed down game back in theater again and repeat.
