Just wondering if it is possible to hex edit the mw3 clan tag from the savedata folder?
I have copied it to my computer, and after looking through all the files cannot find my current clan tag in the hex to edit.
I would like to edit it to start with ^2 to make the text red.
Thanks for your help.

btw I know this is possible with a 360

Thats a shame!
I wonder if I can crack it. Will read up on hex encryption never had to deal with hex decrypting before

Anyway thanks for your help will update if I make any progress

hahaha you kidding me you can do that regardless Xbox or Ps3. They are both easy to decrypt and edit, I use to do that to make modern warfare 2 Challenge lobby patch's when the firmware was 3.55 :fyea:

^0 is black
^1 is red
^2 is green
^3 is yellow
^4 is dark blue
^5 is cyan
^6 is purple
