The steps to do this:
Step 1.... Have a friend die for you.
Step 2.... Get a precision air strike.
Step 3.... Get 19 kills
Step 4.... Put the air strike over your friend.
Step 5.... Now if you are the one dieing then when you get hit markered by the air strike jump in the well and die for the game winning killcam.......

The game setting setup to (make it better) i put:
Time Limit: Unlimited
Score Limit: 1000
Max Health: Double
Health Regeneration: Fast
