(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have commented on here telling people what me and my friend were told about this issue. They are well aware of it and are trying to fix it.

When we called we were told by more than one person there that you can essentially force save your characters stats by doing the following:

1) Load game
2) Start at main menu and go to Multiplayer
3) Find a game, play a game (completely), gain some experience
4) When finished exit back to the main Mutliplayer page
5) Back out to the main menu
6) Reconnect to the Multiplayer
7) Join a game
Back out
9) Go back to the main menu

They said this is a sort of "Force save" method.

Do we have record of this, no because we don't have anything to record with. My friend does this each time after playing for 4-5 hours and has had no issues since then.

We called a couple of weeks ago, just though why not instead make a thread instead of having to comment on other peoples threads/crap.

This is what we were told. :/ My friend has been doing it since we called and has no issues.

To avoid being deranked, I go into my Online Vault and watch a few seconds of a clip. It's been working for me for the past few days.

I haven't been reset again since the first time, like 4 prestiges ago, so I think they have fixed the problem for most people now
