Right now I'm halfway through level 30 for the Gold Striker but then I want to get the Gold Spas-12 the striker took me a while compared to the Gold UMP. Basically what I'm asking is, are there any tips for getting gold guns faster?

I've seen videos on youtube that say that when you play S& you get 500xp per kill to your weapon, is this true?

Uhh? Use a prestige token on the "Double Weapon XP" option.

As far as I know, that's the fastest way. I don't know about the S& question you have though...

The amount of XP you get in a game in a game for kills, is the amount you get towards the gun camo. So yes, each kill in SnD would be worth 500XP. Challenges don't count though.

So basically 30 kills in FFA is 1500 XP. Meaning you get 1500 XP towards your gun level.

MW3 is easy to get gold guns... Try CoD 4.

Only way I found that was quicker was to get your clan to play a game of Sabo, grab the bomb then just park the bus and kill the other team like crazy. I ended up with 64 kills and 14 deaths in 1 game of Sabo and got a wild amount of XP because of it, both for my gun and for ranking up

Any time man - I did try it with a random team but people just try to plant the bomb ASAP. At least if you have a group that know what they are doing then you can easily get lots of kills to rank up quickly then!

I might try saving a prestige token when I'm tenth, get. Load of guns to rank 30 and then use double weapon xp :p

Search XP does not count for the gun!... & easiest way to lvl your gun is complete all your weapon proficiency's/Challenges... and do exactly what Wondoh said save up all your prestige tokens so when you go to 10th you can have like 2+ hours of double weapon XP.

Would be pretty cool if it was that easy :p You can use double XP on only one gun I think ? :confused: Not sure though

If you use double xp and double weapon xp, you're basically getting quad xp for that gun, making 4 times as faster to get gold camo
