Please base this off of your personal opinion, and gameplays with the gun. Not off of in-game stats.

EDIT: Also, feel free to include opinions on your favorite AR also

G36C (Level 21)
Pros: Low recoil, easy to use, nice damage
Cons: Looks pretty ugly, not-so-nice iron sights, it's looks makes is a turn off

M4A1 (Level 31)
Pros: Low recoil, nice damage, easy to use, looks nice, nice iron sights, trustworthy in situations
Cons: Poor man's ACR, may night Red Dot Sight/sights

CM901 (Level 30, getting 31 tomorrow)
Pros: Nice damage, looks nice
Cons: (Not sure about the iron sights) - so many needs a new sight, recoil is meh
^ For this class what I find nice is Red Dot & Silencer

So you would say the ACR is the best AR? Feel free to include your opinions about your favorite AR also

My ACR is level 1. I think the best AR would be the SCAR-L or Type 95.

SCAR-L: As strong as it was in MW2 (VERY STRONG) & more ammo per round than in MW2.
Only con I have for the SCARs are they they looked ugly and reload ugly. But this isn't a design your perfect date game after all.

Type 95 is by far, the best AR when it comes to killing fast.
Pros: Looks sexy, Iron sights are nice, damage is excellent, rate of fire (3 burst) which means 1 burst is enough to kill an enemy from waist up, with Rapid Fire the gun is God-like.
Cons: 3 burst and I like fully automatic guns myself, is nicer with a Red Dot Sight to be honest.

and Type 95 is level 31.

ACR is my favorite AR right now, have prestiged 4 times and leveled it to 31 each time. Feels the most well-rounded, can make those longshots, great at mid range (duh) and is passable at close range. Almost no recoil, iron sights are fine (I use Silencer/Extended Mags most of the time) and really I just love the gun.

Type 95s probably my next favorite (realistically it's probably "the best" AR but I prefer full auto over the 3-bursts in general) and use it quite a bit.

Out of the 3 you listed though I'd go with the M4A1, don't have much to say about it, just has the best feel to me and another well-rounded gun similar to the ACR. Not a fan of the G36C at all, I think it sucks actually. Haven't used the CM901 much at all so I can't really judge it.

why would being high powered be a bad thing

lol putting aside type95. I'll probably go with G36C haven't really explored it yet nor have i done well with it but i can just tell its a pretty reliable gun.

M4A1 with silenced + RDS :happycry: the perfect weapon.

M4A1 is more spray friendly AR so can be used at close range.
It quite good at mid range and long range it ok.
CM901 is high damage and low rof. As a result a sil works pretty well on that gun. Does however find it hard to do well at close range.
G36C is the best mid range AR in the game i think.

All of the guns above work well with whatever. As for the best AR easy the Type 95 it just craps on the other ARs. For a number of reasons.......

I like the scar over the ACR due to the rof both good guns
