I guess most people probably have a second account on which they mess around with snipers, riot shields and what not. This way it wont affect your stats on your main account.
The annoying thing with this is though, that most people (me aswell) have got their cod elite linked to their main account and so the clips you make in theatre mode will be send from that account to theatre and youtube if you have linked that.
What I noticed when I switched back to my main account is that the games I played on my second account showed up in theatre mode on my main account. This way I could get some clips from that account and upload them to elite and youtube. So if you have had some nice or funny clips on another account then your main, you can just record them on your main account and upload it.
I hope this helps for people who didn't know this

Note* I play on ps3, but I guess this works on xbox aswell.

I know xbox live costs 60 bucks for a year but I thought you could make as many accounts as you like, just as on ps3.
