change the ps3 language and you need a keyboard

you cant get Á and most of the letters in your clan tag on ps3 EVEN WITH CHANGING SYSTEM LANGUAGE, i tried almost all languages and couldnt get it BUT you can get the ¶ ¼ ect but they still wont give me buttons when i enter them by themselves.
