Recently lost the YouTube account that I had linked to my ELITE account, I unlinked it and attempted to link it to another youtube account that was just made.. I get the following error;

I had this problem as well, after messing around for a while, I figured out you have to sign in to youtube on the first account you linked, go to your settings, manage account, then authorized sites. It will say "You signed in via Google, so you should click here to view your settings" Click the link and revoke access to Callofduty.com Then sign back into youtube on your new account and link it again from the Elite website. Hope this helps
