General Text Tutorial:
Step 1: get a MOAB
Step 2: get your friend to stand behind a object (he must be enemy team)
Step 3: stand infront of the pallet
Step 4: call in your moab
Step 5: when your moab gets to 0 press the knife button and when you see that your knife has actually lunged then hold the throwing knife
Step 6: land where I do
Step 7: now just jump out of the map
Step 8: your out of the map
