Gamesaves have user restrictions. In other words, gamesaves are attached to your PSN ID. Sorry

The clan titles and clan emblems are loaded from the elite servers, i doubt they would save custom clantags and titles to a savegame for easy access and editing.. but hey this is just a guess, they might be idiots and have done that :p

I know you would think that but when you use someone elses gamesave the clan tag changes for example my clan tag was W*E when i unlocked the 100% for uk and assigned to my console my clan tag changed to AKA and my prestiges under my name changed and my title change, So i just wanted to test my theory and see if the game save has a gold clantag then you get it to

yes but that clantag was set on the console, the one you are trying to get is set AND loaded from the elite servers.

i supose but there is only one way to find out lol
