I was wondering if they can ban you if you never go on the account you did the glitch on. Once they issue bans, im sure that people will be posting on NGU and will warn me to not start mw3 on the glitched acc. Or should I worry at all because I remember that they can't ban you from glitches because it's the developer's mistake, but then again 402 says otherwise.

Well it was like that on BO. When I did the eboot hack, I heard everyone got banned. I instantly deleted the account and never look back. I wasn't banned. So my best bet, don't log on to your account to Mw3 server. Once there server is notify you signed on your glitch account, you will be banned. How they will know? Well once you do the glitch (any kind of glitch) your account get flagged, and when the next ban wave comes, you will be banned.

yeah it should be fine , i done the 15th hack/glitch on several of my other accounts and have never went on BlackOps agen and im fine.
