Im not sure if many know, because i just found this out today.
But it appears that if you are host, You can lag the whole lobby you can lag them similar to how you lag Black ops :p

Tut
1. Press Pause/Start Button
2. Triangle
3. Scroll down your Friend list/Invite them

Was in black ops.

or change sensitivity circle then triangle it will lag for about 7 seconds.

I really find this glitch useless, u nearly have the risk of stalling ur ps3 and you might get killed attempting it !
