I'm not gonna be a dickhead and insult you like other people might do, I will help you instead.
Firstly, it depends on what console you have, PS3/360/Wii.
For PS3, there is no challenge lobbies nor any other magical hack. But, there are plenty of Glitches and tricks that you can find in a sub-forum in the MW3 section.
For 360, I am not too sure about challenge lobbies or other hacks, but like PS3, I don't think there are.
For Wii, there currently is a challenge lobby that a member on this forum posts every update he does on it, look out for threads entitled, "MW3 Mods v#" I will post the newest one, You must login or register to view this content.
For PC, there are probably many hacks, glitches and exploits but not too many of these are posted here because not many people here seem to play the PC.
I'm sorry I can't direct you to a download link for an aimbot hack/mod. Just continue to become active and look around and sooner or later (hopefully), you find out.
