Clan Tag - Must be in an elite clan that is at least level 10.
Guns - Once you prestige, you unlock an option in the prestige shop called "Unlock Gear".. You can buy any gun/perk/death streak/grenades before the level tat tey are unlocked at... (you will unlock tat gun at level 4)
