recent update is that the punishment is going to be handed out slowly and only to those who abused the glitch. the word abused might have different interpretations but only time will tell. my personal opinion is whoever did the glitch once should face the punishment because it is not a trivial thing to do.

Just because I wanted my custom classes before reaching 10th prestige I'm a bad person? no, all I want was a quickest way of getting something that I would've got anyway, I was 10th on COD 4, W@W and MW 2 all legit, but after Black Ops and all the shit that was happening to that game + I'm living in another place right now and my connection is shitty +new year is high school last year, I just didn't want to prestige all the way through the game, just want to stay at a low prestige and have fun with my friends but having only 5 or 6 class slots sucks.

And if you stop to analize what you just said how I cheated on any leaderboard or ruined the fun for other people? I only did harmless unlocks that will only harm myself right now.

I don't like when people cheat and exploit the game in a way that they will ruin the fun to other people, such as glitching out of the maps or being invenciable online, but when there is a bug that is harmless to other players and only harmful for myself (of couse, cause it's a bug, duh) I don't see any problem of using it as long as you know that you can be banned and don't have a problem with it.

That being said I'll be ban (hopefully only temporarily) a long with many others and will start over again, this time maybe go all the way to 10th cause after the few month and patches my connection seems better now, or stop at 5th and buy 5 class slots and stop there.

Who did this glitch or any other kind of exploiting have to accept that there are chances of you being banned, so if you love your account or are in a clan or something, you're better off not doing this.

why are all these people on a hacking forums says i hope they get banned for doing an exploit just because they didnt wanna take the risk.

It's not that we didn't want to take a risk... It's that we're not ****ing stupid.

First off 10=classes without EARNING them is already an advantage over other players who actually EARN their 10 class slots. Secondly Im 100% SURE that u used MORE than just the class slots. I GUARANTEE you used and prob still have a sh!t ton of weapon AND normal doubLe xP. Dont try to justify your reason for cheating and voluntarily and willingly choosing to abuse a glitch in order to obtain an unfair advantage over other players and gain access to things that you normally would have to EARN .

Even if you DID only use it for custom classes, you STILL abused it, and you STILL deserve the reset and 2 day ban. I guarantee if they reset/and temp ban you, the next time a glitch/exploit is found, you won't abuse it Its the ONLY way to show people that no matter what the reason may be, cheating and abusing glitches ONLINE is unfair and not tolerated on Mw3.

This is GOOD and they are doing this to make sure this game doesn't end up like Mw2 where people stats/ranks/prestige ect don't mean sh!t because the game has been exploited/glitched to the MAX without ANY type of punishments or repercussions. So this time they are doing it the RIGHT way, like black ops did. Temp ban, screw up again and perma ban. We don't need people like you on Mw3 Multiplayer, thinking just because you only "half way abused a glitch" that you don't deserve to be reset and temp banned, when In all reality YOU are just as bad as the rest of the glitchers. NOBODY forced you to abuse this glitch, so enjoy your reset, your temp ban, and now your -REP

Exactly. These people abused a glitch/ and cheated without hesitation. Now bans and resets are near and everyone has excuses, and wants to rage over something THEY CHOSE TO DO. Nobody MADE you glitch and abuse a game that has barely been out for over a month. Seriously, I remember when hacks/glitches were for FUN in PRIVATE MATCHES/OFFLINE/SPLIT SCREEN. Now a days everyone wants to glitch and hack only to have an unfair advantage online or gain access to things they would of NEVER accomplished just to appear and LOOK like a legit/good player, when In all reality they SUCK at the game.

Get banned, get reset, PLAY LEGIT.

im not going to rage i understood from the beggining there was a good chance of a ban
and yea i remember when hack/glitches were for private match and yes they are the best way for them to stay but if everyone else is getting a headstart why not do it too?

also i can never help myself by trying new hack/exploits
i used to enjoy playing my 1.11 patches in private matches so much if it wasnt so easy as for 11year olds to do them at the time and derank everyone online im sure there wouldnt be as many people working out exploits for mw3 right now whats your take on this?
