You Will Need

-Cabooses Resigner [url]https://www.se7ensins...mpdata-resigner[/url]
-Horizon or Similar Program
-USB Drive or Transfer Cable
-Hex Editor

So you are going to need to get your MP DATA file off of your HDD or USB drive
(Its in your MW3 Game Saves Folder)




Now Extract The mpdata file to some where.

Next You will need to open the mpdata file you just extracted and go to file contents and extract the mpdata file located inside.



Make sure you know which ones are which

Now open the mpdata file you just extracted in your hex editor



If you are using HxD press CTL+G and tell it to find offset CB0



If you have not prestiged your line should read like this.

    

00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 98 07 01 00 5C 00 00 00

Change the first byte to 0A



01 = 1st Prestige
02 = 2nd Prestige
03 = 3rd Prestige
04 = 4th Prestige
05 = 5th Prestige
06 = 6th Prestige
07 = 7th Prestige
08 = 8th Prestige
09 = 9th Prestige
0A = 10th Prestige

Once you did that now go to offset AA0


These bytes will be different for everyone change this entire line to, (This is for Level 80)

    

18 A5 1A 00 F4 01 00 00 64 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Now save the file.

Drop the file into cabooses save resigner (The program Will Close Instantly)

Now go back to modio or horizon and import the mpdata file back into your package,


Overwrite it when it asks, now rehash and resign the package and save the file back to the disk.
