While ago I've decided to contact elite support to solve one problem between regions. Will european disc run DLC from us?
So what I have is:

• US Account
  
• BLES-code disc(EU region)
  
• US Elite
  

From my expirence, all the map packs for mw2 and black ops depended on the region. BLES - EU, UK store. BLUS - US Store. But what can we see now? What if the disc's and the elite's regions do not match?

Here's the answer: BLES and BLUS doesn't mean much as far as DLC is concerned. That's means, doesn't matter what region you are. I guess this is related to the codes sent out by e-mail. Well here's the convo, I hope this helped.
