I just figured I would compare and maybe get some tips from other people on what they did. I was doing pretty good winning over 50% of my games averaging about 30-16 I was doing pretty good. The top five winners got a sweet Hoodie and I didn't really expect to win but I expected a gold medal and I ended up placing in 375th which I have to admit I was pretty dissapointed. I ended up getting 480 kills and the top guy got 870 kills and no he didn't boost I checked. I have no clue how he did it though.

damn it.. i would have enlisted in it if i knew it was on D=

I guess it comes down to how many people participate in the event really. I did King of the Hill last week (damn badge hasn't showed up in my showcase even though it clearly says I got gold when I go to the event rankings page) and got aproximately the same amount of kills as you but placed in the 150's. I think after Christmas more people are probably playing which means less of a chance in getting into the top 10%.

I think the main things with these events are to play for the full three hours and for FFA try complete the games as quick as you can, using assault killstreaks, playing very offensively, etc.

I enlisted in King of the Hill yesterday for PS3 I got 343rd place with 474 kills in 2&half hours the top guy got 990 kills I don't know how but thats 11 games a hour and you win them all thats crazy

Do you actually have to be 18+ ? It says if you win 1st you'll need to provide ID or else you can forfeit the prize + be banned from Elite. I'm only 16 but I know for sure I won't ever be 1st.

Im 16 bro I do it anyways its so dumb to make it so you have to be 18 because half the people that play it are younger then 18

Yea, I don't know actually I think it will be easier to get in the top 10% because a lot of the people that got the game for Christmas either aren't good or don't care because if they cared they would of gotten it before so more bad kids will join which makes it easier to place in top 10%.

Yea but 11 games an hour is obviously boosting thats like a game every 4 minutes (adding intermission) thats not possible. :n:

Yea I put my Dad's name in replacement for mine so if I ever did win a prize I would just scan his drivers license.

Yea well they need to ban the guys boosting to win prize from them instead of us figuring out whats wrong with there game...
