Steps

1. Get a killstreak you wanted to duplicate.

2. Change class to a one with low assault killstreaks

3. When 1 kill away from getting your first low killstreak, Hit YY or on PS3 Triangle Triangle.

4. Enjoy your duplicated killstreak! Happy

#1 it can work with any-gun for example ACR or a USP
#2 I think it only works for care packages, Ballistic vest. Give it a try for laptop killstreaks.
