This happened to me as well. I played some Fallout 3 when it happened but could play MW3 the next day.
Maybe playing a different game will help. Maybe Fallout 3 is the answer.

Welp it looks like we have a rapest..... Jp did you do any boosting hacking glitching at all? If so your probably banned.

Yes i did boosting but i also did boosting on my other account at the same time and that has been unbanned :/
