Such said perks and attachments would be (in my opinion) Steady Aim, along with the attachments range and rapid fire.

The PM-9 already has the highest fire rate as an SMG of 1000 RPM. Combining rapid fire with the gun will turn this gun into a deadly mini-machine gun,

My second consideration for attachments would be the double attachment with rapid fire and extended mags if you're one to spray.
Just hip fire. It bests the iron sights by far from close to medium range.

The guy just hip fires all the time. The gun is absolute beast and it matches up (or even surpasses) the FMGs. It's funny when I get people bitching and complaining to me about how the gun is OP, yet a vast majority looks down on it.

Use it right, and use it well.

tbh I have never seen anyone use that gun besides my friend and he says its good but we make fun of him for using it.

I got gold with that gun. But I hate the iron sights. thats wht i used range and rapid fire on mine because i never aimed in b/c the sights were not that good IMO.

I've almost got gold, I'm level 29 with it, its a beast gun but the iron sights are crap on it. Hip Fire FTW!

It's not really underrated since it isn't that good unless you're talking about hipfire. I'm sure it's fun to use though

I pretty much agree with most people here, I personally love the gun! first gun I got to gold (closely followed by ACR) but the iron sights are ****ing terrible. Hip fire is definitely FTW on this gun, in close range maps like Bootleg this gun is a god! not so much on Arkaden though... that map drinks beaver piss

Yeah, the iron sights is definitely crap. The recoil along with it worsens it.
But hey, every downside MUST(unless IW are assholes) have an upside

and yes... IW are arseholes lol they never manage to balance weapons out on their games, there's always a gun that everybody uses (UMP45 on MW2) but I prefer to mess around and play with different guns. Makes the game a tad more delicious
