Must have a 1.50 KD or more:
Must be at least level 40 or more(if you have 2.50 KD or higher your an exception)
must know the spawns and be able to push in and keep the trap.
Must let them plant the bomb and must be able to defuse bombs if planted.
I have a 2.96 KD and a 13 WIN LOSS and have a 363 Win Streak so please dont make me lose.
