Tutorial:

Go to iExploler, search in the files till you find ELITE, open it, click on ELITE APP, each folder you see contains a set number of images, to replace them, simply delete them, and insert your desired images in PNG format with same name. ( The exact same, upper case = upper case, lower case = lower case )

For example, our file is called elite-logo-application.png, delete it, and rename your desired image on desktop to "elite-logo-application" , and copy it to the elite folder.

you dont need one. just download iexplorer, hook your ipod/iphone up and it should open most files on your device.

This is the easiest thing you can do.
I wont call this a hack neither something that no one knew was possible to do.
you simply edited the pics from the .app folder using Photoshop or any other software out there.
I have customized most of my apps ages ago.
BTW when you Transfer Purchases using iTunes it saves the app with you pics .

now try to actually to to all other files and find exploits that can be used to actually make some changes on our consoles; which is what everyone are trying to do.
Like changing class names to a scrolling text, bigger text, etc.

this is pointless -___- and certainly not the first elite app edit

i edited my tos, edited the max amount of characters allowed to custom classes, edited the html parts of the app...

but all of those things are pointless.

try editing the js files for something maybe usefull

I guess this is pretty cool for those who didn't know about it but its sort of common sense to anyone that has some knowledge. :lol: But I hope this is the start of something good that you will find.

It might be common sense to you and me, but trust me not everyone here is an internet "Geek". We are in 2012, and people are still asking how to host CL Lobbies. My point is regardless of how easy things can be, you always have to make a tutorial for the "newbies". Just like the Prestige Hack of MW2 that brought me here, even that the thread was in march 2010 ( 3 months after the hack ), if that guy didn't make a detailed tutorial, I would never been here.
