(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is the dlc only for elite members or is it for everyone ive been hearing rumours its only for elite ?

It's only for XBOX Elite as of now and the comes out for regular XBOX + Elite Ps3 next month I believe.
