I don't quite understand the question, if you find a Elite competition(s) you wish to join they usually tell you how it works on the information page :p

You need to be 18 to enter competitions that give out prizes such a iPads, etc... But just enter it anyway and get your dad or something to say it was him who was playing, that's if you ever one :3

All competitions with real life prizes require the person the elite account is registered to to be 18. There is no age requirement for the non-real life prizes such as the badges.
