It's TRUE that they can implement gun DLC, but I'm just saying, it's not officially confirmed in any way that the 74u will be one.

definitely is not confirmed yet, but seems like there taking it in consideration.

Never compare guns from Campaign to multiplayer. They are different.

New guns are possible, i don't see new perks coming though.

Well IW have always said they will never make weapons and other in game items available through DLC, but the rules seem to have changed now, IW are completely different.
Im saying dont expect any new guns or perks but also dont be surprised.

iW Said they would never release gun packs as payed dlc as it is unfair to users who dont want to buy the maps pack or if you join a friends game and you bought them and he didn't he could pick them up and they are not going to make a server especially for people who bought few guns ...

I dont know if it is true or not but I have defiantly heard at some point weapon packs being a part of the DLC content thats being realised monthly. Also yes the 47u in the campaign does have low recoil/high damage etc. but in the campaign most guns do, they of course will be altered if they were to be added to multiplayer.
