MW3 servers are not up or something with error code 380

and every body else is playing!

Reset your internet router.
if that doesn`t work, delete the mw3 patch & download it again.

that`s all i can think of.

Try doing what assassin suggested, this has happened to me before but usually it just went away after I restarted my PS3.
