It would make the gun a bit easier to use, while still having the same power as a single shot weapon.

Any other more useful proficiencies you could think of?

Take away the attachment proficiency why the hell would you have that? It has no attachments to start with. :confused:

In my opinion no there shouldn't be. The gun was meant to have that cock for a reason. It wasn't meant to be faster because it was meant to be a basic gun plus how overpowered it might be. Plus if you want a gun to cock faster just one of the other shotguns that isn't an 1887. But i do see where your coming from.

It makes sense, since it cocks so slow. But it would be overpowered.
