All hidden titles were spread by devs example 402 has all hidden titles unlocked he puts on infected a knifes people he can, He has transfer he plays and whoever knifes him gets it soon more and more players get it.

Wow all of you guys are retarded you get it by getting MOABed so I get MOAB set it off everyone that gets killed gets the infected challenge and tittle if you are the right lvl and then if you have that tittle on and kill someone that doesnt have it gets it
