Why can't I play mw3 for more than 45 minutes without rage-quiting?

Go into depth as to why you tend to rage quit. I have a friend who I play with who used to rage quit all the time and I got him to stop so I can probably help. Tell me in detail what usually leads you to rage- quitting.

Well, usually I just do a silent rage.. Like I don't yell, or blame lag.. I just turn my ps3 off, and go on the computer. I usually rage right about the time when I either get killed by the same person multiple times, by a camper, or by someone who I was shooting at first, then they turn around and kill me
By the way, I rush every single game.

i am 10th prestige in MW2 and never received my token . why do you think this is ?

Alright here's my advice for you my friend used to rage quit all the time he would do what you do. Die to the same person over and over camper etc.. The list goes on and he would get upset and quit / turn off xbox etc.. So I told him these simple facts.

1. Why quit? Even if your doing terrible if your team wins a game you get about 1k xp and even if you lose it's still 200 xp. I can almost guarantee you've quit at least 10 games probably a lot more if your like my friend. Which logically makes no sense because assuming you quit 10 games which you were losing 10 x 200 = 2k xp that you lost. If you quit 100 that's 20k xp you shit away. And that's assuming every game you were losing which I know for a fact you weren't losing all 100.
2. In the grand respect of things what is the point of a game? To have fun who cares if you do good/ win lose / Personally I find the game the most fun when you don't try (example) run around with a riot shield / xm25 the list goes on and you'll find yourself laughing more and generally having fun.
3. If you choose to just want to do better which can lead to you not dieing as much to campers etc.. Here's my advice use the below class to "rush" with while it may seem like more suited to a camper style you'll find it works great here's why. Although you rushing before you rush into an area throw the "portable radar" into that room or area and you'll almost always see red dots pop up (usually campers) doing this will make you aware of where there at so run around the corner and jump + shoot them. Blind eye will prevent the helicopters from killing you (very annoying) and assassin will stop them from seeing you on radar (alot of people usually have uavs) which is usually how people die alot. I'm guessing that's how they tend to kill you. Because they know your coming using this method they won't know what hit them. Or what's coming to them.

No, i haven't . im only like lvl 10 in all the other cods.
