Robert Bowling (fourzerotwo) confirmed earlier today new information on the next
content drop that will be hitting Xbox LIVE on March 13th. Sorry PS3 fans, but this DLC
is also hitting Xbox first as well.

From the information known so far, the newest DLC will feature 1 new multiplayer map, (Black Box, pictured below)
and 2 new Spec Ops missions. (Negotiator and Black Ice)

Robert Bowling also confirmed via twitter that DLC will become available to non-premium ELITE members
on March 20. (For Xbox LIVE users first) The release for non-premium members is going to be called
Modern Warfare Content Collection #1. This drop of DLC is going to be quite special because it will
contain not only the previous content of DLC, (Liberation, Piazza, and Overwatch) it will also contain
the upcoming DLC as well. So non-premium members are in for a treat as they can have everything all
at once. There is no price as of yet for the Content Pack, but as the date approaches I'm sure Activision
will price it at another unreasonable amount, that will surely empty our wallets again. Forgot to mention though,
ELITE members can download the Content Pack for free.

I personally think what Activision is doing in terms of DLC for non-premium ELITE members is nice.
Also, they have confirmed that they will be doing three more of these packs in the future, with the same amount of

Tell me what you think about the look of the new map, and are you looking forward to more Spec Ops missions?
Or could you care less? I personally feel that new maps are becoming less interesting, and I don't care for Spec Ops too
much. Then again, that's just me.

LOL. PS3 got its first drop 2 days ago, and now XBOX is getting their third drop in 2 weeks... Complete bull crap. I cant believe I've fallen for it again, I mean, one or two maps a month for $60 is ridiculous. And XBOX still get their maps a month early, wasn't this contract supposed to end early 2012?

The dates are right, it's just that all of the dates are for Xbox not PS3. And I doubt if PS3 will have a separate content calender.
