I don't think so. I run Stinger on almost all my classes(cuz im a boss like that, and cuz im a team player), and notice no speed decrease.

It doesn't. Just like in MW2. Your speed depends on your primary weapon.

Your speed depends on the weapon you have equipped at the time....

On BO you could have the M60 and the python as secondary, when you pick the python you run faster than with the M60.. In MW3 they made it so no matter what you got the primary weapon counts only...

I'm going to try this out, but I'm pretty sure this is false.

Get the barett cal and a gun as secondary.. Pick up the gun and run you will see that you run as slow as if you had the barett cal in your hands... Everyone knows this.
