Which cache? the system or Web Browser? I believe I've done both. Mind giving a step-by-step as to what you did to fix your problem. I fixed the issue once before. But as of 5am (When Double XP Started) I could no longer send over my changes. I think I just glitched my account. Since the last time I tried to send over changes, I got a "Playlist need to be updated. Downloading Update now" instead of the Migrate message. Since than, I've been unable to receive the migrate message on my xbox 360. I've tried a different Xbox 360 and still won't migrate.
I'll try using a different xboxlive account and see if I can receive the changes using the same computer and xbox 360. I hope my account isn't permanently glitched to not receive any changes. *fingers crossed*
