I don't see the point, you don't get anything besides a cool Prestige Icon, with a dumb Roman Numeral above it.

To me anything above 10th is a waste of time. The only thing you get from 11-15/20 is a token and a cheap recycled emblem.

(In my opinion) Just a gimmick to get people to play more. I'm not into it.

I can see where you come from thinking its retarded, but for some people when they reach max rank they want to keep ranking up without having to start a new account. Remember you don't have to prestige..

The point of it was to keep players playing the game.
and mw3 ranking is really short.
i got to prestige 10 in 6 days.
the reason for that is because of all of their double xp promotions.
i mean theres still 6 months till the new cod, they needed something to keep gamers interested

I was on prestige 0 for about 2 months, then it got boaring so i had to prestige... bet of prestiging if you bang out the game

If they had made good individual emblems for each prestige,
some titles and emblems unlocked for getting to 15th/20th,
then maybe it would be worth more worthwhile.

I'm personally someone who needs to be the highest rank.

Not really. It just gives you incentive to keep going. However, not adding titles and emblems showed how much thought was put into it. Also was a huge Eff you to the overachievers who used reaet stats pre February. I didn't plan on reset stata since I think it is sorta phony(I'd have a solid 3 kdr but with asterisk).

Would've been nice to have added incentives but oh well.

i think its pointless as well, i think theres still lots to do once you reach 10th, im currently trying for gold guns and pro perks etc..

its nice to finally sit at a level and try new stuff out, rather than thinking "man i gotta keep ranking up"
