How do you do this on ps3? in fact what exactly are you doing here?

I have no idea why he chose not to post the text tutorial provided in the video but here it is.

Text tutorial:
1. Copy the godmode vault mode (in description to the selected console)
2. Load it up on the map you wish to get out of with 5+ friends
3.When you get shot up in the air a bit, turn a lagswitch on, for PS3 start and triangle
4. When you think your high enough or your friends say your high enough turn off the lag
5. You should go very high, like the knockback mod, but with a lagwswitch!

You can just place like 15 sentry guns like I did with my friend and then only one person needs to shoot. Without a Lagg switch or something.
