Gamemode 1: 'FFA Recipe'
This may not be the most practical patch in the terms of using perhaps the knockback mod to glitch but it is the 'most hacked' looking one and in my opinion the best one for making nooblets go crazy, it has the coloured classes that you will find in many custom gamemodes, 'Care Package' 'Health' 'Bomber' and what not, I will go through each class now however you can watch the video if you prefer however I couldn't demonstrate any killstreaks or anything due to me playing mono... forever alone. Anyways yes, the classes:

Class 1: 'Care Package' Type 95 w/ Red Dot sight & Rapid Fire and the care package as a proficiency which is what gives you the care package I believe, however if your first spawn is with this class I believe you must kill yourself before you can get the care package. As a secondary it has the Desert Eagle w/ Akimbo & Silencers and a trophy system as it's proficiency. It has C4 as it's lethal and a Tactical Insertion as it's tactical. Perk 1 is Sleight of Hand, Perk 2 is Quickdraw and Perk 3 is Marksman. It's strike package is assault; Osprey Gunner, M.O.A.B and M.O.A.B. It's deathstreak is hollow points.

Class 2: 'Health' AK-47 w/ Silencer & Extended Mags and ballistic vests as it's proficiency. As a secondary it has the Skorpion w/ Holographic Sight & Akimbo and a unknown proficiency, if anybody finds out what it is please PM me, thanks! It has C4 as it's lethal and Scrambler as it's tactical. Perk 1 is Sleight of Hand, Perk 2 is Assassin and Perk 3 is Dead Silence. It's strike package is assault; Care Package, Juggernaut and Osprey Gunner. It's deathstreak is hollow points.

Class 3: 'Bomber' C4 w/ Juiced as it's proficiency. As a secondary it has the G18 w/ Akimbo & Holographic Sight and C4 as it's proficiency. It has an unknown lethal, again if you find out what it is please inform me and it has a flash grenade for it's tactical. Perk 1 is Extreme Conditioning, Perk 2 is Quickdraw and Perk 3 is Dead Silence. It's strike package is support; M.O.A.B, M.O.A.B and E.M.P. It's deathstreak is hollow points.

Class 4: 'Juggernaut' M60E4 w/ Rapid Fire & Grip, and an unknown proficiency. As a secondary it has the Desert Eagle w/ Akimbo & Silencer and UAV as it's proficiency. It has C4 as it's lethal and a smoke grenade as it's tactical. Perk 1 is unknown, Perk 2 is unknown and Perk 3 is SitRep. It's strike package is assault; Reaper, AC-130 and Osprey Gunner. It's deathstreak is dead man's hand.

Class 5: 'Infection' KSG 12 w/ Grip and juiced as it's proficiency. As a secondary it has the USP .45 w/ Akimbo and a Throwing Knife & Mil Dot recticle as it's proficiency. It's lethal is Thermal and it's tactical is a Tactical Insertion. Perk 1 is Extreme Conditioning, Perk 2 is Quickdraw and Perk 3 is Dead Silence. It's strike package is support; UAV, Ballistic Vests and none. It's deathstreak is hollow points.

The only other thing I can think that you'd want to know is it's changed settings, so here we go:
