Thats right after all the rumours Infinity Ward has confirmed that Terminal will be returning to modern warfare 3 and it will be free.
There was a lot of talk recently of this and IW Mark Rubin confirmed:

We should expect it to drop on Xbox live in the coming weeks and psn can expect it later on.
According to Mark Rubin they tried to push it past the agreement but it wasn't allowed.
How many of you are excited to see one of the best mw2 maps return?
Personally I would have preferred COD4 maps but in still excited for this =D
Now thanks to Gunz at S7 he has produced screenshots of the map, no idea how, but he has it and already you can see some new changes from the previous mw2 version of terminal.

I agree what a way to get past the money whore stereotype than to release terminal, favela, highrise, karachi, and rust in a free map pack. <3
But in topic related news I am glad I will get to play one of the better maps of mw2 without the infections.
